Today we want to celebrate a new addition to our team: Lisa Chelenza. Lisa got her license just a week ago, but you might have heard her voiceovers on the radio or seen her on television, where she was the dome host for basketball and football games. We’re so excited to have her on the Chip Hodgkins Team. In just the short time she’s been here, she already has a couple of listing and buyer appointments! Chip Hodgkins was born into business - his family has been doing business in central New York since the late 1800's. Because his roots run deep here, Chip is passionate about helping the community develop and grow through real estate. He works tirelessly to improve his knowledge of the industry so he can service his clients at the highest possible level. When he's not coming up with new marketing strategies, he's traveling across the country attending conferences and events so he can learn from the best and contribute his own ideas to national real estate business systems.

Outside of real estate, Chip spends most of his time with his wonderful wife and three kids. Although it's difficult in the busy real estate industry, he finds ways to dedicate his weekend to being with his family. Skiing, tennis, golf, and boating are some of the activities Chip and his family enjoy together. He loves working with The Hodgkins Homes Team of Hunt Real Estate because it's a great group of professional people who don't mind thinking outside the box. They espouse the enthusiasm and perseverance necessary for a successful real estate team, which makes Chip feel right at home.
