Today I’m speaking with Susan Potter, an agent who recently joined our team, about her experience so far. 


Before joining our team, Susan was a solo agent for about 18 years. During that time, her best year of sales volume was $2.6 million, and the average price range was around $152,000. Those numbers aren’t too bad, but in just three months on our team, she’s done $3.1 million in sales. In just a quarter of the time, she’s already surpassed her previous best year.

According to Susan, the training our team provides is important, but it’s not the only thing we offer. For her, the systems we have in place help her generate leads and close transactions at a much higher rate than she could before. One of the best parts of her experience so far is that she can always turn to someone to ask them questions when she doesn’t understand something. As a result, she’s learning more than she ever thought she could.
